I need to get my hubby some nice sport sunglasses. He really needs to use them when he is driving from work. I know he has a hard time seeing the road with the sun blaring in his face.

He also likes to use them when he is playing poker so nobody can read his facial expressions. I guess he got that Idea from watching the professionals play. I just think it’s a crazy Idea but what do I know. All I know is that I am in search for the perfect pair for him. I think you get what u pay for and that is why all the sunglasses he has gotten have either fall apart or got lost somehow.

Do any of you readers have a certain brand u like to choose from ? I want quality and that they are made good and that they wont fall apart.

I have been trying to get a better and healthier lifestyle. I am not going to deny that I have been wanting to find the easiest way to lose weight but what is the easiest way? there isnt a easier way. there are supplements and things you can do to help facilitate the process like using HCG injections which I have thought of using but ultimately the only way to do it is to make a whole lifestyle change. I need to watch what I eat and to eat inth e right portions and not try to overfeed my self nor starve myself.

I always want instant gratification but deep down I know that I didnt get big overnight so I wont get skinny ovdernight. I just need to stick to my walking and to keep on watching what it is that I eat. I keep having to fight the wanting to eat to surpress my emotions but that is the worst thing I could do. I know that I just dont know what to do in order to fight the feeling

I have had such a productive day. I went through the kids toys and got rid of the ones that were broken and I gave away some that they dont use. I should have kept David’s toddler toys he had because the babies will be able to use them. I really hadnt planned on being pregnant again so I got rid of them a few months before I found out I was pregnant with the twins.

I guess I am going to have to buy a few toys for the babies that will stimulate their mind. The biy boys room got fixed up really nice and now I am tired. I hope it can stay clean for more than a day. I really want to fix their room up with a different theme because it has had a cars theme for far too long.
Maybe we might go with a transformers theme or something.

The heat is still here but at least it is about 2 degrees less than it has been the past few days. I am gonna try and stay my butt home as much as I can. Its just way to hot to be out there.
