I have been so busy that I am not sure if I wrote here or not that I have started walking everyday. I want to lose some weight and tone my muscles a bit. I have started walking to see it helps me lose weight before I even look into taking some form of tonalin cla. Hey I am willing to try it if it means getting rid of fat and making muscles.
My stomach muscles are gone or damn near after having the babies. I need to tighten those muscles and other muscles in areas i wish to not mention right now. I am taking a day off from walking tonight but I will resume tommorow. I need to keep a routine cause I easily deter from it .I lack motivation and need someone to push me and right now my sis -in law is motivating me to do it.
