Thinking ahead

I have been giving lots of thought to what career I would like to get into once the twins are school age. I have always wanted to find a career and work in it but I started having babies young and the career thing went out the window.
I was looking at a health care career because they seem to be the most in demand and afte seeing what a good job the nurses did with my babies I would love to work in some field like that . What made you pick the career paths you have chosen ?
