My babies are home

We were able to bring the babies home yesterday So I am really happy. I have gotten maybe four hours of sleep but that is ok it is worth it . These boys are great eaters and want be be fed every three hours.
They are big squirmers too I have a hard time telling wether they are awake or just squirmming around. I am not sure if I am going to be able to produce enough milk for them I sure hope so because they have big appetites.
I would love to order myself one of those moms rings with each kids birthstone on it. I have always wanted one and now that my family is complete I want to buy one. I also have a ring that has loose diamonds on it and I want to get it fixed. I have had it sitting in my jewelery box for about 2 years now and I haven’t taken it to get fixed.
I have so many things to do but I am supposed to be taking it easy so that is what I am trying to do. It is vry hard though when you knwo you have so many things to get done though . My biggest priority right now are the babies and getting some sleep so I am going to concentrate on those.
