Is it AT&T or my cell phone

I have been having so many problems with my cellphone it isn’t even funny. Most frustrating of all is that i depend on my cellphone to get ahold of the hubby or for others to get ahold of me . For the past few months I have been having alot of dropped calls and some dont even come in. I do not know what the deal is with that.
I have made many complaints and had the technical support try to figure out what the problem is but they cant seem to find one. The have upgraded the software and they have checked out the cell tower that is closest to my location and yet they can’t find a resolution to my problem.
I feel so cheated because I bought into the whole more bars network and thought that I wouldn’t have any dropped calls but sadly that is not the case I have a dropped call everytime I make a call.
I am this close to closing my account with them and telling them to shove their 2 year contract where the sun don’t shine!!
